Buffalo Chicken Salad

I’m always cooking new things for dinner but when it comes to lunch I feel like I eat the same things over and over. I decided to try something different today, buffalo chicken salad. It’s simple but turned out really good. If you’re looking to try something new here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cubed rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • whites of 3 scallions 
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Frank’s RedHot wing sauce 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 

Steps

This one is really easy, combine all the prepared ingredients and enjoy!
